	Retrieve Sequencing Results
	This is a multi-part form that allows a user to view their DNA Sequencing Results. Two dropboxes are displayed, Sample Sheet and Order Number. An entry in either of these dropboxes indicates the user has sequencing results within them. Selecting either a Sample Sheet or Order Number will automatically populate the associated text box. Selecting the Submit Button will display a Summary table of the Sequencing results. Multiple hyperlinked columns are displayed within the table: Output, CEQ2000, and Phred. The CEQ2000 and Phred columns are only displayed if these functions are enabled within dnaLIMS. Selecting these hyperlinks will initiate a download action of the selected file. The Download column is used for 377, 3100, and 3700 output files. If hyperlinks do not exist within the Download column of a specific row, then the associated files do not exist for the sequencing request. This could also indicate that the sequencing request was processed through the sequencer but has not been processed into dnaLIMS. The user may select a Seq Button within the "View" column to view the selected sequence. Select any button within the File Type table to download multiple results. This action creates a single hyperlinked "zip" or "tar" file composed of the individual files. Selecting the hyperlink will initiate a download. Use a program like Stuffit Expander to uncompress the download file.
