Primer Editor

The Base Caller allows the user to select "ATCG" buttons to streamline entering the primers sequence.

The user may view their own primer library or the system default library. The Primer Name field of these libraries are hyperlinked. Selecting one of these hyperlinked Primer Names will load that Primer Name and its sequence into the Custom Primer Editor form text box fields. This pre-loads the form for processing.

The View All your Primers radio button was selected to displays the current users primer file.

The jt Primer Name hyperlink was selected.
This displayed the Custom Primer Editor with the text fields pre-loaded with the jt primer information.

The Modify radio button was selected to pre-load and display the modify form.
Selecting the Submit button will write the information to the database.
