Display Sequencing Requests

  The Display Sequencing Request form is used to display a summary table of all sequencing requests which have not been sequenced for the current user. The sequencing request queue can be searched by Request or Order Number. The form also allows the user to delete requests and orders.

Select the Display Sequencing Request hyperlink to display the form that is used to select the search type.

Search Types

View All -- Displays all unsequenced requests within the sequencing request queue.
View Request -- Displays all data fields captured for the specified request.

View Order -- Displays the requests associated with an individual order.
This search will display individual tables of those request within an order that are: not sequenced, contained within an unprocessed sample sheet, or are processed through the sequencer.

Delete Types

Delete Request -- Will delete the Requisition Number listed within the Requisition or Order Number text box.

Delete Order -- Will delete the Order Number listed within the Requisition or Order Number text box. This will delete ALL requests within the Order Number.

Note: A requests or order can only be deleted if the samples status field indicates the lab has not worked on the sample.

Operation

Request Based Search -- Select the View All Requests button then select the Submit Button.

Order Based Search -- Select the desired Order Number from the dropbox then the Submit Button.

A Summary Table is Displayed.

The first field of the summary table is the samples Requisition Number hyperlinked.
The hyperlink will take the user to the Display Sequencing Request form and pre-populate the
Requisition or Order Number text box. The user would then select which function to apply to
the request: view or delete.

The Order Number field is also hyperlinked and acts similarly as the Requistion Number hyperlink.
